1. Last date for submission of bids: 2082/06/06 by 3:00 PM.

2. Bid opening date: 2082/06/07 at 4:00 PM.

3. The bid must be submitted along with a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 100/- (One hundred in characters only) in the Nabil Bank Account No. 1701017500059 of this company along with a voucher.

4. In the bid, the bid should state the serial number of the vehicle you want to buy, the price of the vehicle and motorcycle, 10% (ten percent) of the amount, including the deposit paid, and seal the envelope, clearly stating the information number, name, address, and phone number of the bidder on the outside of the envelope, and submit it to the company.

5. Any bid submitted with any condition will not be accepted. Also, the bid amount must be clearly stated in figures and words in the bid. Any corrections or corrections must be signed by the bidder. If the bid amount is different in figures and words, the bid will be rejected.

6. The registered bids will be opened on the 8th day at 4:00 PM at the company's central office in the presence of the bidder or his representative. There will be no impediment to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present. If the bid opening day falls on a public holiday, it will be opened the next day at the same time. local n

7. The right to accept or reject the bid shall remain reserved to this company.

8. Within 15 days of the acceptance of the bid, the bidder must pay the price quoted and the applicable VAT tax of 13% and pick up the vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up within the said 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the bid with the second and third highest score will be accepted.

9. The buyer will also be responsible for the transfer fees, taxes and insurance costs incurred while transferring the vehicle for purchase as per the tender document and the amount agreed upon as per the acceptance letter should be deposited within 15 (fifteen) days and the vehicle should be transferred. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for purchasing and transferring the vehicle as per the provisions of the Vehicle and Transport Management Act, 2049 BS.

10. Interested persons who wish to view the vehicle can view it from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on any day the office is open.
