House/Land Purchase Sealing Notice

As this company requires a house/land of the area mentioned in the details at the location mentioned in the details, the house/landowners who are interested in selling the house/land at the following location with a minimum 8 meter motor road should submit a sealed bid for the sale of the house/land, including the details of the transaction mentioned below, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, to the company's head office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

Conditions:

1. The price per ropani of the land to be sold must be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any dispute regarding this, the price written in words will prevail.

2. A clearly visible blueprint map of the plot number of the land to be sold must be included.

3. A location map showing the location of the land to be sold and a document certifying the boundary of the land on the map as Charkilla from the concerned body must be submitted.

4. If a house has been constructed on the land, a house plan and a house construction completion certificate must be submitted.

5. A certified copy of the landowner's proof of ownership, a copy of the landowner's citizenship certificate, and a copy of the tax receipt for the current fiscal year should be attached to the proposed land.

6. In the case of institutional land, a copy of the landowner registration certificate and a document proving the identity and power of attorney of the authorized person must also be submitted.

7. While submitting the proposal, the envelope should be marked "Proposal for Land Sale for Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Ltd." and the sealed envelope should be registered within the deadline.

8. There should be no dispute or litigation regarding the said land and a self-declaration should be submitted.

9. If the mentioned land is held as collateral in any way with a bank, financial institution or other body, full details of the same must also be submitted.

10. All taxes due to the concerned body for the mentioned land must be paid and up-to-date/current.

11. All copies of documents to be submitted must be certified by a notary public.

12. The Company shall have the sole right to proceed with or not proceed with the process of purchasing the proposed land submitted to the Company and no objections shall be entertained in this regard.
