INVITATION FOR BID

of Tender Notice for "Contactless Domestic Debit"

The Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Bank") invites sealed Tender for the Supply of "Contactless Domestic Debit Card"

The Interested Vendors (hereinafter referred as "The Bidder" can participate in the Tendering process under competitive bidding procedures as per specification provided in the Bid Document.

A complete set of bid document may be purchase by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR. 5,000 (NPR: Five Thousand only) in "Bid Document Fee "995870000".

Tender document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (2.5% of Bid amount inclusive of VAT) in the form of Bank Guarantee from any 'A' class Commercial Bank of Nepal or Cash Deposit in our Bank's account number 9916102000 (Security Deposit). The Bid Bond validity must be for at least 2 (Two) months from the last date of Submission.

The last date of bid submission is on or before 5th August, 2025, 5.00 PM.

The Bid shall be opened on: 11:00 AM, 6th August, 2025, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
