The non-banking property (house/land) mentioned in the schedule owned by this bank will be sold in its own right, as is, through confidential sealed bid. Interested individuals, firms and companies are hereby invited to submit their sealed bids to the concerned branch office, stating the price they are willing to pay, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, by filling in the bid form available at the Debt Recovery Department of this bank at its central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and at its branch office, Bhalwari, Rupandehi.

Details of non-banking assets

Bid Application Registration and Opening Office: Branch Office: Bhalwari, Rupandehi

1. The house and land of plot no. 3076 and 3077, area 0-0-6-0 and 0-0-6-0 (type) respectively, located in the former Anandavan Village Council/N.P. Ward no. 4 (Sit no. 4/A), Rupandehi District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office, Butwal, Rupandehi, and the entire adjoining land covered by the house and land.

Terms of sale of non-banking assets:

1. Bid application forms can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank at its central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and branch office, Bhalwari, Rupandehi from Tuesday, 2082/04/27.

2. The bidder must attach a cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application form to the Inter Department A/C LRD (001-2931020000) account of this bank or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank.

3. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

4. The sealed bid must be registered at the branch office of this bank at Bhalwari, Rupandehi within the office hours on Monday, 2082/05/02. Action will not be taken against applications received after the deadline or without formalities or submitted with conditions.

5. The sealed bids will be opened on Tuesday, 2082/05/03 at 4:00 PM at the branch office of this bank, Bhalwari, Rupandehi in the presence of the bidder or his representatives appointed in writing and other officials. The absence of the bidder or his representatives will not be an obstacle to the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the day the office is open immediately after the holiday.

6. If the bid is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash at this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid and the non-banking property will be transferred to your name. All fees and all revenue and other expenses incurred in transferring the property will have to be borne by the bidder.

7. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the proposers will be paid only after the decision regarding the bid is made from this bank's branch office, Bhalwari, Rupandehi. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

8. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking property or to sell the property in lots or to sell it separately. Other conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
