Bid application registration and opening office: Branch Office Itahari, Sunsari

1. House/land registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office Belwari, Morang, located in Plot No. 226 and 307, Ward No. 7 (Sit No. 7/C), Rajghat VDC/NPA, Morang District, having area 0-1-10-0 and 0-5-0-0 (type) respectively, and all the adjoining land covered by the house/land.

2. House and land with an area of 0-0-9-0 (bigha) in Plot No. 2466, Ward No. 5 (Sit No. 5/E), Madhumalla VDC/NPA, Morang District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office Belwari, Morang, and all the adjoining land adjoining the said house and land.

3. House and land of area 0-1-14-020-1-14-0 (bighas) respectively in Plot No. 452 and 458 located in Ward No. 7 (Sit No. 7/A) of Dharan Village Council/N.P., Sunsari District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office Dharan, Sunsari and including all the adjoining land covered by the house and land.

1. House/land with area of 0-2-10-0 and 0-2-5-0 (bighas) respectively, located in Plot No. 462 and 200, Khanar Village Council/N.P. Ward No. 5 (Sit No. 5/A), Sunsari District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office, Inaruwa, Sunsari, and all the adjoining land covered by the house/land.

Terms and conditions of sale of non-banking assets:

1. Bid application forms can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank's central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, and branch offices, Itahari, Sunsari, Letang, Morang and Dharan, Sunsari, from Thursday, 29/04/2082.

2. Separate applications can also be submitted for separate non-banking assets.

3. The bidder must attach a cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application form to the Inter Department A/C LRD (001-2231020000) account of this bank or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank.

4. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

5. The sealed bids must be registered at the relevant branch offices of this bank by Wednesday, 05/04/2082, office hours. Applications received after the deadline, without formalities, or submitted with conditions will not be processed.

6. The sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, 2082/05/05 at 4:00 PM at the relevant branch offices of this bank in the presence of the bidder or his/her representatives and other officials appointed in writing. The absence of the bidder or his/her representatives will not be an obstacle to the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the day the office is open immediately after the holiday.

7. If the bid proposal is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash in this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the proposal and the non-banking property will have to be transferred and cancelled in its name. All fees and other expenses incurred in transferring the property and all taxes and other expenses incurred in transferring and canceling the property will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

8. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the proposers will be paid by the relevant branch offices of this bank only after the decision regarding the bid is made. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

9. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking property or to sell the property in bulk or to sell it separately or not. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
