Interested individuals, firms and companies are hereby invited to submit their sealed bids to the concerned branch office, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, stating the price they are willing to pay, by filling in the bid form available at the Debt Recovery Department of this bank at its central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and branch office, Sarawal, Navaraparari.

Details of non-banking assets

Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. The house/land with area 0-5-0-0 and 0-16-0-0 (type) respectively of Plot No. 594 and 595 located in Swathi Village/NPC Ward No. 5, Nawalparasi (B.S.P.) District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. in the records of Land Revenue Office Nawalparasi (B.S.P.) and the entire land adjoining the house/land including the land plot.

Terms and conditions of sale of banking assets:

1. Bid application forms can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank's central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and branch office, Sarawal, Nawalparasi from Sunday, 2082/03/22.

2. The bidder must attach a cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application form to the Inter Department A/C LRD (001-9931020000) account of this bank or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank.

3. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

4. Since the sealed bid date 2082/03/28 falls on a public holiday, it must be registered at the branch office of this bank, Sarawal, Nawalparasi, by Sunday, 2082/03/29, office hours. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline or without formalities or submitted with conditions.

5. The sealed bids will be opened on Monday, 30/03/2082 at 4:00 PM at the branch office of this bank, Sarawal, Nawalparasi in the presence of the bidder or his representatives appointed in writing and other officials. The absence of the bidder or his representatives will not be an obstacle to the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the day the office is open immediately after the holiday.

6. If the bid is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash at this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid and the non-banking property will be transferred to your name. All fees and all revenue and other expenses incurred in transferring the property will have to be borne by the bidder.

7. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the proposers will be paid only after the decision regarding the bid is made from the branch office of this bank, Sarawal, Nawalparasi. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

8. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking property or to sell the property in lots or to sell it separately. Other conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
