Terms and conditions of sale of non-banking assets:

1. Bid application forms can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank's central office Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and branch offices Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, Bhalwari, Rupandehi, 4 No. Jitpur, Kapilvastu, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Letang, Morang, Inaruwa, Sunsari, Itahari, Sunsari and Dharan Sunsari from Thursday, 2082/03/05.

The bidder must enclose with the bid application form an original receipt of cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase in this bank's Inter Department A/C LRD (001-1931020000) or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank.

Separate applications can also be submitted for individual non-banking assets.

8. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

5. The sealed bids must be registered at the above-mentioned branches of this bank within the office hours on Wednesday, 2082/03/11. Action will not be taken on applications received after the deadline or without formalities or submitted with conditions.

6. The sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, 12/03/2082 at 4:00 PM at the above-mentioned branch offices of this bank in the presence of the bidder or his representatives and other officials appointed in writing by him. The absence of the bidder or his representatives will not prevent the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day after the holiday.

7. If the bid proposal is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash in this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the proposal and the non-banking property will be transferred and cancelled in your name. All fees and other charges incurred for transferring the property and all taxes and other charges incurred for transferring and canceling the property will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

8. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the security deposit will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the bidders will be released from the relevant branch offices of this bank only after a decision is made regarding the bid. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

9. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking assets or to sell the assets in bulk or to sell them separately. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
