Interested individuals, firms and companies are hereby invited to submit their sealed bids to the concerned office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, stating the price they are willing to pay.

Details of non-banking assets

Bid Application Registration and Opening Office: Central Office: Kamalpokhri, Kathmandu

1. The house and land with an area of ​​143.10 (sq m) in Plot No. 129, located in Ward No. 9 (Sit No. 102024617), formerly Dhapasi Village Council/NPC, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office, Tokha, Kathmandu, and all the adjoining land covered by the house and land.

2. The house and land of Plot No. 1361, area 0-4-3-3 (Ropani), located in Ward No. 6 (Sit No. 6/B), former Thalidanchhi VDC/NPA, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Revenue Office, Sankhu, Kathmandu, and the entire adjoining land covered by the house and land.

3. The house and land of Plot No. 894 and 475, respectively, with area 0-6-0-1 and 0-0-3-2 (Ropani) and all the adjoining land covered by the house and land, registered in the records of Land Reforms and Land Revenue Office Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Lalitpur District, Lalitpur U.M.N.P. 6. Land with areas of 120.75, 445.50 and 190.75 (sq.m.) respectively in Plot No. 23, 22 and 21 located in Ward No. 3 of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality, Bhaktapur District, registered in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited in the records of Land Reforms and Land Revenue Office, Bhaktapur, and all adjoining areas covered by that land.

Terms and conditions of sale of non-banking assets:

1. Bid application form can be obtained from the Debt Recovery Department of this bank, located at its central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, from Tuesday, 2082/03/03. ne

2. Separate applications can also be submitted for individual non-banking assets.

3. The bidder must attach a cash deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application form in the form of an original voucher or an A/C Payee Cheque of a bank or financial institution drawn in the name of this bank in the Inter Department A/C LRD (001-2231020000) account of this bank.

4. The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm or company in Nepal. In addition, if the bidder is a natural person, a passport size photograph, a copy of the citizenship certificate, if a corporate organization/company/firm, a power of attorney, a decision of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted with the application.

5. The sealed bid must be registered with the Debt Recovery Department, Central Office of this bank, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, within office hours on Monday, 2082/03/09. Action will not be taken against applications that have expired or are not in accordance with the procedure or have been submitted with conditions.

6. The sealed bids will be opened on Tuesday, 10/03/2082 at 4:00 PM at the Debt Recovery Department of this bank's central office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, in the presence of the bidder or his representatives and other officials appointed in writing by him. The absence of the bidder or his representatives will not be an obstacle to the opening of the bids. Also, if the day of opening the bids falls on an emergency public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day after the holiday.

7. If the bid is accepted, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in cash with this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the bid and the non-banking property will be transferred and settled in its name. All fees and other expenses incurred in transferring the property and all taxes and other expenses incurred in transferring and settling the property will have to be borne by the bidder himself.

8. If the remaining amount is not deposited or cannot be deposited within the specified time, the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited. If the bid is not accepted, the proposers will be paid only after the decision regarding the bid is made from the central office of this bank, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Also, no interest will be paid on that amount.

9. The Bank reserves the right to sell or not to sell the non-banking property or to sell the property in bulk or to sell it separately or not. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the bid form shall apply.
