The property (real estate) as per the details owned by Progressive Finance Limited, in whatever condition and quantity, will be sold through a confidential sealed bid in accordance with the provisions of "Non-Banking Property Sale and Auction Sale" in Sub-Clause 4 (e) of Point 11 of E.P. Directive No. 2 of the Consolidated Directive 2081 of Nepal Rastra Bank.
