Public Notice inviting confidential sealed bids

for sale of banking and non-banking assets of Progressive Finance Limited

The property (land) as per the details owned by this Progressive Finance Limited is being sold in the same condition and quantity through a confidential sealed promissory note in accordance with the provisions of the ‘Non-Banking Property Sale and Auction Sale’ in sub-paragraph (5) of point 11 of the Consolidated Directive No. 2 of the Nepal Rastra Bank, and the persons and institutions interested in purchasing it are requested to deposit at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount they have agreed to pay in the amount of Rs. 10 5011000000592 or Good for Payment Cheque drawn in the name of Progressive Finance Limited, along with a confidential sealed cover letter, are hereby invited to submit the confidential sealed bid form duly filled in and submitted to the Finance Corporation's Copy Office, Tinkune, Kathmandu, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. The bids received by this Finance Corporation will be opened on the 8th day, i.e. on the date, time and place mentioned in the schedule, and the official representatives of the buyers/bidders who wish to be present at the same place are hereby informed. However, even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened at the same place at exactly 3:00 PM on the next day when the office is open. This Finance Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel or negotiate the bids received without assigning any reason. The bid form can be purchased from Bus Finance at a cost of Rs. 1000/- per copy (non-refundable). The bidding process will be as mentioned in the bid form.
