Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. Gandaki Province Government, Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorate, Province Hospital Damauli, Tanahun, has received a fund from Hospital management committee towards the cost of Procurement of Medicine, Lab Reagent of Erba X1-200, Lab Reagent of Horiba 3 parts and Lab Reagent of CBS-300 (Electrolyte), Lab Reagent of Clia900i, Medical X-Ray Film TR-S of KONICA MINOLTA, Surgical items, Dental Items, Lab Kit and Reagents/Goods, Lab Reagent For HbA1c & PT/INR, Hemodialysis Related Items And Accent Machine Chemical Items to be delivered at Province Hospital Damauli, Tanahun under national competitive bidding procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act and regulation and intends to apply part of the fund to cover eligible payments under the Contract for IFB No: as Mention below:

3. Bidding documents are available on online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

4. Interested Bidder shall submit the Electronic Bids through https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the afore mentioned office of Province Hospital, through https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM, 2082/6/31

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives at 2082/06/31 at 2 pm Provimce Hospital Damauli, tanahun Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum amount of bids mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the

bid

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsover. Any intimidation, collusion and curtailing during bidding process shall be punishable by law.
