1 Province Hospital Gorkha, Gorkha invites the Online Bids only under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Goods (S.N. 1-4) as mentioned below under National Competitive bidding. Bid Documents can be downloaded from PPMO's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and other information may be obtained at office.

2. Interested eligible bidders are requested to submit E-Bid only as per instruction within the mentioned period.

3. All medicine related items must be WHO/GMP certified and reliable documents verifying the statement must be provided.

4. Manufacturer's Authorization must be provided for the items as specified in the specification.

5. All good supplied to the hospital must be of good quality and must have an expiration date that is acceptable as per the law.

6. The items in the procurement will be selected in Item wise basis and hospital will be eligible to purchase same item at the quoted rate if hospital requires.

7. The quoted rate must abide by the rules and regulation of Nepal Government.

8. The items with CE/ISO/USFDA will be given priority for quality assurance and supporting document must be uploaded.
