➤ Pre-bid meeting will be held at PGCDH, Pokhara-30, Kaski, Nepal at 04 September 2025 (2082/05/19 BS) on 14:00 hours.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14 September 2025 (2082/05/29 BS) on 13:00 hours at the office of Provincial General and Communicable Disease Hospital, Pokhara-30, Kaski.

➤ If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

➤ Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.

➤ The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

The remaining matters not covered in this notice shall be as per prevailing Procurement Act and Regulation.
