Since the hospital pharmacy has to purchase the medicines and surgical supplies mentioned in the details for one year from the date of the agreement through electronic bidding, interested companies, authorized sellers of the company, and suppliers who are qualified to do the related work are invited to submit electronic bids (e-Bid) along with updated license certificates, certificates registered with the Department of Medicines (for medicines), WHO-EU-GMP/ISO certificates, Value Added Tax certificates, and scanned copies of tax payment certificates for the fiscal year 080/081. Information regarding electronic bidding, terms and conditions of bidding, etc. have been posted on the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's bidding website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. It is hereby notified that electronic bids should be submitted within the scope of the terms and conditions of the detailed notice attached to the bid by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/19 and that the submitted bids will be opened at 1:30 PM on 2082/06/19.
