As per the provisions of Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of the Local Government Communications Operation Act, Stone, Ballast, Sand Excavation Sale and Management Standards 2077 and the Internal Revenue Collection and Contract Settlement Procedures of this Municipality 2080, the contract has to be concluded by excavating riverine materials (stone, ballast, sand) from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed standards and selling them at the rate prescribed by the Gandaki Province Government. Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids duly submitted in electronic form by 12:00 PM on 09/06/2082, along with the application, certified copies of the firm registration renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate, subject to the bidding conditions.
