Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the provisions of this Pyuthan Municipality or the Financial Act, 2081, the riverine products mentioned in the schedule should be extracted from the approved ghats of the rivers as per the prescribed standards and sold at the rate prescribed by the Pyuthan Municipality, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the open bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm's renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the schedule. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
