Notice Regarding Tender Invitation

As 01 (one) four-wheeler double cabin pickup vehicle is required for this Central Examination Conducting and Recording Center, interested firms, organizations, companies or authorized dealers of the manufacturing company are invited to submit duly sealed bids within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, at what rate can the said vehicle be provided, subject to the conditions as detailed.

1) Bids can be purchased from the administration branch of this office during office hours by paying the amount as per the details (non-refundable) for the bid fee, along with a copy of the license, tax payment certificate for FY 080/081 and a certified copy of the value added tax registration, within the deadline mentioned on the date of publication of the notice.

2) The tenders received must be registered in the administration branch of this office by 05:00 hours on the 35th day from the date of publication of the notice for the first time. The tenders registered within the deadline will be opened at this office on the next day at 02:00 hours in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives. Even if the tenderers' representatives are not present, there will be no impediment to the opening of the tenders.

3) If the last day for bid procurement, registration and opening falls on a public holiday, the next day the office is open will be considered the last day.

4) A deposit of 2.5% of the accepted marks (to be refunded later) as bid security shall be submitted in the form of a genuine voucher deposited in the name of the Central Examination Conducting and Records Center, Pidari Branch, Account No. 1520100002719001 of the National Bank of Nepal (NBB) or a bank guarantee of at least 90 days issued by a “A” class Nepali bank in the name of this office.

5) The bidder must state the rate excluding value added tax in the bid. In case of any discrepancy between the figures and the letters, the letter will prevail. The bidder's stamp must be affixed where applicable.

6) This office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid, keeping in mind the interests of this office.

7) After the bid is accepted, before signing the agreement, a cash security amount of 5 percent of the contract amount (refundable later) must be deposited in the account of this office in the form of an original voucher or a performance bond issued by a recognized Nepali bank.

8) When submitting sealed bid documents, the envelope should be clearly marked with the name of the office, details of the work, and the name and address of the bidder.

9) No action will be taken on bids that are overdue, incomplete, or conditional.

10) A bid form purchased in the name of one firm cannot be submitted in the name of another person or firm.

11) In the case of matters other than those mentioned herein, the Financial Management and Regulations of the National Public Service Commission 2075, Chapter 30 and the Public Procurement Act 2063, Regulations 2064 shall apply.
