Pursuant to Section 64(f) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and Section 11(6) of Sub-Section 2 of the same Act, this Rambha Rural Municipality Ward No. 1 is hereby authorized to excavate, collect and dispose of stones, gravel and sand from various ghats of the Kaligandaki River, which flows through it. Since the following internal revenue contract has to be arranged from the date of the agreement of 2082.083 to the end of June 2083, subject to the approved preliminary environmental test report as per the rate mentioned in the Financial Act approved by the provincial government, bids are invited through the Internal Revenue Contract (E-Bid) under the following title. Eligible interested persons, firms, companies or bidders may purchase the bid form prescribed by this office and submit the E-Bid duly on the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np by 12 noon on 2082.06.05, subject to the attached conditions. This notice has been published for all concerned.
