2. Bidder shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only. Submission of Hard Copy bid shall not be entertained.

3. The medicine supplied by the bidder should be WHO/GMP Certified Company with Expire Date 18 Months or 75% Drug Life. Also, the bidder should submit GMP Certificate while submitting the bid, otherwise the bid will not be included in the evaluation.

4. Matters not covered in this notice shall be accordance with prevailing rules and regulation of GoN.

5. Any amendments in this Tender notice will be posted in the notice board of Ramechhap Hospital or may visit PPMO e-GP System at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
