Terms of Contract:

1. The contract period will be from the date of agreement until mid-Ashar 2083.

2. The bidder must clearly write the contract number, contract details, and name on the outside of the sealed bid.

3. The bid amount must be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words will be considered.

4. The firm taking the contract will have to pay the revenue equivalent to 13 percent value added tax and 1.5 percent income tax on the total bid amount of the above-mentioned contract to the concerned Inland Revenue Office at the time of signing the contract agreement and submit proof thereof to this office.

5. The amount of 5 percent of the bid amount as deposit shall be deposited in cash in the name of this office in the Agricultural Development Bank, Deposit Account No. 0415800939342216, along with the original voucher or a copy of the bid bond of a recognized bank with a validity of at least 75 days from the last date of submission of bids. The amount deposited as deposit shall not be included in the installment and the said bank guarantee and cash deposit shall be returned after the agreement is reached as per the rules and the necessary documents are submitted in accordance with the prevailing law.

6. While purchasing the tender documents, the amount of the fee as per the rules should be deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 041580093942062 of this office in the name of this office at the Agricultural Development Bank or a receipt of depositing the amount in the Revenue Branch of the office should be submitted.

7. The tenders for the above contract should be purchased within the office hours of the 15th day from the date of publication of the notice and the sealed bids should be registered in this office by 12:00 PM on the 16th day. The received bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders at the office of Rampur Municipality at 2:00 PM on the same day. Even if the bidders are not present, there will be no obstacle in opening the bids.

8. If the day of purchase and submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the purchase registration and opening will be done on the next day at the same time.

9. If any dispute arises in the contract, the decision of this office will be final.

10. Copy of firm/company registration certificate, PAN/VAT registration or copy, tax payment certificate (2080/081 or 2081/082 copy) while submitting the bid.

11. The Municipality's annual plan for FY 2082/083 and other details regarding the rate of export tax have been posted on the website.
