Notice of purchase of construction materials and rental of machinery and equipment.

Since the construction materials mentioned in the details have to be purchased and machinery and equipment rented for the fiscal year 082/083 of Rangeli Municipality, a 30-day notice has been published inviting formal bids (sealed bids) for the purchase and rental work from interested construction entrepreneurs/supplier firms licensed by the Government of Nepal for the related work, subject to the following conditions.

1. Construction entrepreneurs, suppliers interested in purchasing the bid form must submit a written application letter signed by the authorized person of the letterhead of the related firm, along with the business registration certificate, license, permanent account registration number (PAN number) of the recognized firm or supplier including the renewal of the year 082/83, and a copy of the income tax and VAT registration certificate (VAT registration) and the tax payment certificate of 080/81.

2. Bid form fee Rs. 3000.- (Non-refundable cash deposit in the Revenue Account No. C 1.1-0601401150257011 of this office's Agricultural Development Bank Branch, Rangeli) and the application along with the deposited bank voucher can be purchased by addressing the application to the municipality within 30 days from the date of first publication during office hours.

3. The bids must be sealed and registered in this office by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of publication of the notice of the purchased bids and the bids registered within the time limit will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the representatives of the office and the representatives of the bidders. Even if the representatives of the bidders are not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. If the last day for purchasing bids or the last day for registering the bids falls on a public (government) holiday, the next day (the day the office is open) will be the next day (the day the office is open) at the regular time for purchasing bids, registering bids and opening bids.

4. While submitting (registering) the bid related documents, it is mandatory to submit the certificates of the construction contractors/suppliers mentioned in the notice.

5. While submitting the bid form, the B.O.Q. should be written clearly in both numbers and letters. Also, the correct stamp should be made in the place where the kermat is placed.

6. Bid bond: This office's Agricultural Development Bank, Branch Rangeli, G-3.1 Deposit Account No. 0601401150257079, or a bank voucher issued in the name of this office by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank with a validity of at least 120 days should be included in the bid bond.

7. This office reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel the bid without assigning any reason whatsoever.
