Since the medicines and surgical supplies mentioned in the details required for the operation of Rangeli Hospital in Rangeli Municipality are to be purchased through online bidding, an online bid (e-tender) has been invited from licensed firms, organizations and companies along with updated firm registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, certificate from the Department of Drug Administration (DDA), certified copy of the register book of shareholders and debenture holders prepared by the companies at the time of company registration as per sub-section (1) of section 46 of the Companies Act, 2063, scanned copies of the declaration, bid fee and bank guarantee (bind bond). Detailed information regarding online bidding, contract terms, method of filling the form, etc., all documents (Bid Document) regarding the bidding have been placed on the bidding website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Based on the same notice, conditions etc., it is advised to submit the online e-bids by 12.00 noon on 2082/06/22 (respectively 08 Oct 2025). The date and time of opening of e-bids is 13.00 pm on 2082/06/22.
