Invitation for Electronic Bids

Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd (RBBL) invites the electronic bids from eligible bidders for The Procurement of various printing stationeries (Pkg A&B) under National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in Public Procurement Act & Regulation. Interested bidders can download the bidding document for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Bidder must submit their bid electronically before 2082/05/04 (August 20, 2025) 12:00 Noon along with the Bid document fee receipt amount of Nrs. 3,000.00 (Three thousands), deposited in AC No. 143-9505062601(Other Income), RBBL Thapathali Branch and scanned pdf of bid security (except of RBBL) amount of NRs. 56,000.00 for Pkg A, NRs. 1,13,000.00 for Pkg B and NRs. 1,69,000.00 for both Pkg, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. If the bidder intends to deposit cash for the bid security, it may be deposited at Acc. No.1000100000001120 (Account Entitle: Earnest Money NPR-GSD Procurement), RBBL Thapathali Branch. The electronic bids shall be opened on 2082/05/04 (August 20, 2025) 12:30P.M. at the office of RBBL, General Service Department, Central Office, Singhadurbarplaza. Eligible bidders are invited to attend on Pre-Bid meeting which shall be held on Shrawan 20, 2082 (August 5, 2025), 12:00 noon.
