The National Service Corps has issued a notice inviting bids for the supply of rations to NCC cadets (students) participating in the group training conducted in various phases at Shri R.S.D. Eastern Training School, Yangshila, Morang, Shri R.S.D. Middle Eastern Training School, Bardibas, Mahottari, Shri R.S.D. Middle Training School, Hattikhor, Nawalparasi (Susta East) and Shri R.S.D. Western Training School, Kaushilanagar, Banke districts from 2082 BS Kartik 30, subject to the conditions specified in the attached Ration Supply Bidding Documents uploaded in the e-GP system. 1. Interested bidders may download and submit the bidding documents through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. From the date of this notice, up to 12:00 hrs on 2082/06/19.

2. Detailed details regarding the amount of bid fee, certificates and documents that must be uploaded along with the bid by the bidders while submitting the bid, bid security, matters to be followed and taken into consideration, pre-bid meeting, place, date, time of bid opening, duration of the purchase agreement and the condition that even the contract for supply of rations for NCC cadet training may be cancelled if the training cannot be conducted due to any disaster are mentioned in the attached bidding document.
