1. Ratnanagar Municipality invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Supply of Humepipe at various locations of Ratnanagar Municipality (Ward 1-16) for FY 2082-83 under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is NRs. 34,47,357.00 (Thirty-Four Lakh Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Seven Rupees only) (without VAT and contengencies and including PS).

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan, Nepal. Tel. No. :056-560529, Email: info@ratnanagarmun.gov.np or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder must submit their bid electronically or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Ratnanagar Municpality through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_on or before 12:00 on 2082/06/22 (8th October, 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Rede

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 2082/06/22 (8th October, 2025) at the office of Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 87,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e., 2082/10/21 (4th February, 2026).

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
