7-day notice required for sale of non-banking assets

Since the non-banking assets and land mentioned in the details registered in the name of this organization will be sold in the same condition and quantity as they are, the esteemed persons interested in purchasing them are hereby informed to contact this organization and submit duly sealed bids, clearly stating the price they wish to purchase the land/house mentioned in the details, to the organization's central office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, or branch office, Attariya, Kailali, within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Plots No. 910, 1245, 1310 and 760 located in Malakheti Ward No. 03, Kailali District, have an area of 169.30, 313.21, 1780.00 and 432.00 (sq m) respectively and the adjoining land plot of that land.

Conditions related to sealed bids:

1. Sealed bids must be received at the organization's central office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu/Branch, Attariya, Kailali within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. The bids will be opened on the 8th day at 2:00 PM, or the next day if that day is a holiday at the branch office, Attariya, Kailali.

2. Bid forms can be obtained from this organization during office hours.

3. The outside of the bid envelope should be clearly marked as "Secret Sealed Bid for House/Land Auction Sale".

4. The amount of the property you wish to purchase should be clearly stated in figures and words. A deposit of at least 10 percent of the amount agreed upon should be deposited in the organization's deposit account or in the organization's name in Prabhu Bank Ltd. Koteshwor Branch Account No. 0170017812400026 and a voucher or a Good for Payment check drawn in the name of the organization should be attached to the bid.

5. A copy of the bidder's citizenship/identity card/registration certificate must be included with the bid.

6. The bidders are hereby informed to be present in person or their representatives on the date and time of bid opening. There will be no impediment to the opening of bids even if they are not present.

7. No action will be taken against bids submitted after the deadline or without due date and/or conditional bids.

8. If the bid is accepted, the concerned bidder shall deposit the remaining amount of the bid, excluding the security deposit, to the organization within 7 days from the date of notification. Otherwise, the amount deposited as security deposit will be forfeited.

9. The organization reserves all rights to accept or reject bids.

10. The government fee and other fees charged to the buyer at the registration office will be borne by the buyer.
