1. Resunga Municipality has allocated funds towards the cost Construction of Infrastructures and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the following Contracts.

2. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders, Office of Resunga Municipality, Gulmi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the works under National Competitive Bidding.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Resunga Municipality, Gulmi, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidder should download the bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and submit through e-GP system upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.0 NRs. till 9th Oct 2025 (2082-06-23) 12:00 hours. Bidder should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Rajaswa account as specified below:-

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Resunga Municipality, Gulmi at 25th Sept. 2025 (2082-06-09) 11:00 hours.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or 9th Oct. 2025 (2082-06-23) 12:00 hours Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 9th Oct. 2025 (2082-06-23) 13:00 hours at the Office of Resunga Municipality, Gulmi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting as shown in Table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. i.e. 120 days

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
