1. Resunga Municipality has allocated funds to cover eligible payment For the Construction of the Upgrading of Chaptola- Tunikhola -Thumka and Urleni -Seltakura-Basari-Domai Roadway, Resunga Municipality-2,8 & 12. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of bidding document.

2 . Resunga Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of project mentioned below under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

3. Bidder who submitting their bid electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Bidder should download the bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpand submit through e-GP system upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5000.0 NRs. 26th Sept. 2025(2082-06-10) 12:00 hours. 5 6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before or. 26th Sept. 2025(2082-06-10) 12:00 hours Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 26th Sept. 2025(2082-06-10) 13:00 hours at the Office of Resunga Municipality, Gulmi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting as shown in Table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. i.e. 120 days

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
