1. Ribdikot Rural Municipality, Khasyauli, Palpa invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works as specified here under.

2. Electronic Bidding Document is available online and can be downloaded from PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, The Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format).

3. Bids must be submitted electonically before respective dates. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at respective date and time at the office of Ribdikot Rural Municipality, Khasyauli, Palpa.

5. Bids must be valid for a period of (A/C to bid documents) days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting as stated below deposited at (GA 3 DHARAUTI KHATA-RIBDIKOT GAUPALIKA), A/C No.:090CA50023041004) on behalf of Ribdikot Rural Municipality, Khasyauli, Palpa,or online bid must be valid security for a period of 90 days for NCB counting after the of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The scan copy of bid security should be uploaded in e-GP system during bid submission.

6. Matters not covered in this notice shall be treated in accordance with PPA-2063 and PPR- 2064 (with their revisions).
