1. Bidders shall submit their Bids electronically only. For e-bidding visit PPMO's e-procurement web portal http://bolpatra.gov.np/egp and for additional information please inspect the bidding documents at the Road Division, Nepalgunj.

2. Road Division, Nepalgunj reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or in full, without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

3. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
