4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Division Pokhara on 2082-06-12 at 13:00 hours.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at opening time at the Road Division office. Bids security must be valid for a period as specified above and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as specified above.

6. If the date of opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the opening date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. Matters not covered in this notice shall be in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations of GoN.

8. Any amendment in the tender notice shall be posted in the notice board of the Roads Division office and PPMO's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
