4.Bidder must submit their bid electronically through e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Bidder shall be required to deposit the cost of bidding document (as specified in the table above) in the Employer's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit

voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic submission of the bid files.

6.Pre-bid meeting will be held in Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi Nepal, at 11.00 hrs on 26th Shawan 2082 (11th Aug 2025). 7 . Electronic bids must be submitted to the Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi by electronically through

PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs on 04th Bhadra 2082 (20th Aug 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount as specified in the table. Bidders are required to submit a separate bid security for each contract for which they submit bids. The bid security guarantee issued only by the commercial bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank shall be accepted by the Employer. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

9. The bids will be opened electronically at 13:00 hours on 04th Bhadra 2082 (20 Aug 2025) in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi.

10. If the last date of pre-bid meeting, purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the same time on next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

11. The Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi Nepal reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process and reject all bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

12. Addendum (if any), Information on Pre-bid meeting, Letter of Intent, Letter of Acceptance or any

other documentation/notification pertaining to this procurement notice and that must be disclosed to the bidders as per prevailing rules and regulations will be uploaded in E-procurement section of PPMO's web Site http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.and also e-mailed to the bidders. So, the bidders must mention in their bids the correct email addresses which are presently in use. No more publication, after this, will be made in National newspaper, whatsoever.
