1. The Province Government, Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi has allocated fund towards the cost of Upgrading of Khaireni Johang Juniya & Bharse Satyawati Ga. Pa. and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for RIDO/GUL/W/NCB/ROAD/134/106/081-82. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs.45,160,000.00.

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: At least 1 (One) Blacktop Road construction contract within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least Nrs. 12,070,000 (in a single Project).

Production rate at least 4224.4 Sqm per year or 84.49 Cum per year Blacktop Road works in contracts within the last 10 (Ten) years.

Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously 4. 6. Bidders should download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. and should submit their bid electronically. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit Nrs:5,000.00 of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Infrastructure Development office, Gulmi at 11.00 hrs. on 18th Shrawan 2082 (3rd Aug 2025 for NCB.

8. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Road Infrastructure Development Office, Gulmi by electronically through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on 12:00 hrs. on 25th Shrawan, 2082 (10th Aug. 2025) for NCB. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

9. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs on 25th Shrawan, 2082 (10th Aug. 2025) for NCB at the Road Infrastructure Development office, Gulmi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of Nrs.7,52,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 Days beyond the validity period of the bid. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
