The Lumbini Province Government has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction Of 1 Bangesal Kaskot Naughat Jabune Hariyagaun Gothibang Chorpani Khalanga Road, Sarumaeani & Airawati Ga.Pa., Pyuthan and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for RIDOPYU/081/82/NCB-15. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. Road Infrastructure Development Office, Pyuthan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrading of Bagdula Machhi Road (Jhimruk Rural Municipality Access Road), Pyuthan under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 5,56,00,000.00

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Atleast one Road Construction Work and value of project equal or more than 1,48,33,000.00

3. Bidder are required to submit their bid electronically only, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents by visiting the site of PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at RIDO Pyuthan Office, Khalanga at 11:00 AM on August 03, 2025.

7. Electronic bids must be submitted to the through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on August 12, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on August 12, 2025 at the office of Road Infrastructure Development Office, Pyuthan. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 10,45,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. January 08, 2026
