1. Lumbini Province Government has allocated funds towards the cost for Upgrading of Sandhikharka Gachhe Dhikura Dhanchaur Jukena Jaluke Lamatal Badidamar Chite Rampur Road(Dhikura Dhanchaur Section) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract RIDO-ARG-W-NCB-01-2082/083. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document

2. Road Infrastructure Development Office (RIDO), Arghkhanchi invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Upgrading of Sandhikharka Gachhe Dhikura Dhanchaur Jukena Jaluke Lamatal Badidamar Chite Rampur Road(Dhikura Dhanchaur Section) under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 12,45,00,000

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Construction of at least One (1) Suspension bridge within the last ten (10) years, with a value of at least NRs 13,27,00,000.00

3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may download for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the NRs. 10,000 cost of bidding document in the account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Infrastructure Development Office, Arghakhanchi at 12:00 noon On 22th August 2025.

7. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted before 12:00 on 1st September 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 on 1st September 2025 at the office of Road Infrastructure Development Office, Arghakhanchi. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline
