Governme 1. Lumbini Province has allocated funds towards the cost of for Black top and upgrading of Deurali Dandakateri Hansapur Road, Malarani, Arghakhanchi and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract RIDO-ARG-W-NCB-154-

2081/082. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document 2. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts/cross discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

3. Road Infrastructure Development Office(RIDO), Arghkhanchi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of following contracts under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Infrastructure Development Office, Arghakhanchi at 12:00 noon On 5th August 2025.

Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted before 12:00 on 15th August 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 on 15th August 2025 at the office of Road Infrastructure Development Office, Arghakhanchi. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 23,25,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 11th Jan 2026)

If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
