Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and Schedule-6 of the Lumbini Province Economic Act 2082, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine products from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the details as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by the Rolpa Municipality. Therefore, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm's renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the details. 1. In the case of a firm, a renewed registration certificate, a value-added tax registration certificate, a certified copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2081/082 and in the case of an individual, a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a voucher for paying the bid form fee in cash to this office or depositing cash in the account no. 07603000001001000001 of this office at Nepal Bank Limited Branch Office, Liwang, Rolpa, along with an application, the bidder who wishes to submit the bid form electronically by 12.00 pm on the 31st (2082/6/12) from the date of first publication of this notice can download and upload the bid-related documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website www.bolpatra.gov.np. The voucher for depositing the prescribed bid fee in the above-mentioned account no. of this office or the prescribed bank account of this office should be attached with the bid-related documents. 2. The deposit amount to be paid at the rate of 3 (three) percent of the number of bids should be deposited in the deposit account No. 0760300000300100001 of this office at Nepal Bank Limited Branch Office, Liwang Rolpa and the original bank voucher or a bid bond issued in the name of this office from a bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank with the bid number and name mentioned and valid for 120 days must be submitted.
