Invitation to bid

for printing educational materials

Since Room to Read needs to print educational materials with financial and technical support from Room to Read, formal bids are invited from printing houses with VAT registration, a minimum of 3 years of work experience, and a four-color printing machine.

Date for receipt and submission of bid forms: Interested printing houses

Bid forms can be obtained by submitting an application on the letter pad of your office and sending it to the email address mentioned below from 2082.03.22 to 2082.03.29. Bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00 in the presence of the authorized representatives of the printing houses at the office of this organization. Even if the authorized representatives of the bidders are not present at that time, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

It must be submitted by 1:00 PM on March 30, 2082. Submitted

No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline. This office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid received without assigning any reason.
