As per Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, this Roshi Rural Municipality has to arrange the following internal revenue related contracts for the financial year 2082.83, and accordingly, this notice has been published to invite firms or companies interested in obtaining contracts for the collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, soil, dust, etc., in the areas mentioned in the approved Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) at the rates specified in Schedule-5 of the Bagmati Province Government Finance Act, 2081, to submit bids within the following subject areas, not less than the minimum number specified. No action will be taken on bids received after the due date or after the deadline.

Conditions:

1. When purchasing the bid form, a copy of the updated firm renewal certificate, a copy of the M.A. Tax Registration Certificate, a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081, a self-declaration form and a written application can be purchased from the Revenue Branch of the Village Executive Office, Roshi - 7, Amaltar Kavrepalanchok, within the office hours of 2082.04.26. Also, in the case of bidders interested in submitting their bids through E-Bidding, they can download the Bid document from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp system and send it to the Internal Revenue Account No. 03618211550, Revenue Heading No., Siddhartha Bank, Katunje Branch of this Rural Municipality within 12:00 PM on 2082.04.27. The amount specified for the bid fee should be deposited in 14229 and a scanned copy of the voucher should be attached and submitted through E-Bidding by 12:00 PM on 2082.04.27.

2. Along with the bid form, a guarantee of a commercial bank of 'A' class recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, issued in the name of this office, valid for at least 120 days from the date of issue of the original voucher or notice of deposit of the amount of 5 (five) percent of the bid amount in the deposit account no. 03615031721 of this office at Siddhartha Bank, Katunje branch, should be submitted.

3. If the last day for purchasing and submitting the bid form falls on a holiday, the next day the office is open will be considered the last day.

4. The bids received will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on the day after the deadline for registration.
