As per Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, this Roshi Rural Municipality has to arrange the following internal revenue related contracts for the financial year 2082.83, and therefore, this notice has been published inviting firms or companies interested in obtaining the contract for the collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, soil, dust, etc., in the areas mentioned in the approved Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) as per the rates specified in Schedule 5 of the Bagmati Province Government Finance Act, 2081, to submit bids within the following subject areas, not falling below the minimum specified number. No action will be taken on bids received after the due date or after the deadline.

Conditions:

1. Bidders interested in purchasing the bid form should deposit the copy of the VAT registration certificate, copy of the updated firm renewal certificate, copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, Internal Revenue Account No. 03618211550, Revenue Head No. 14229 in Siddhartha Bank, Katunje Branch of this rural municipality, purchase the Bid Document from the website of Shri Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp system and submit it through E-Bidding by 12:00 PM on 2082.04.27. If the date of submission and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, the date of submission and opening of the bid will be the next day.

2. The bid form along with the security deposit amounting to 5 (five) percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the security deposit account of this office at Siddhartha Bank, Katunje Branch.

A guarantee from a commercial bank of 'A' category recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, issued in the name of this office, valid for at least 120 days from the date of issue of the original voucher or notice of deposit of the amount in account no. 03615031721, must be submitted.
