s Section 11(6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Lumbini Province Government Provincial Finance Act, 2082. In order to collect internal revenue from the stone, gravel, sand and gravel falling within the jurisdiction of this rural municipality, as per the provisions of the Stone, Gravel, Sand and Gravel Excavation, Sale and Management (First Amendment) Standards, 2079 and the Finance Act of this rural municipality, 2082, a contract arrangement must be made to excavate and sell riverine materials from approved ghats as per the prescribed standards, not falling below the minimum number mentioned in Section 7, Sub-section (2) of the Lumbini Province Riverine Material Management Procedure, 2075. Interested firms or companies are requested to submit their firm renewal certificate, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, and A.Y. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to participate in the bidding process subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below by attaching certified copies of the Tax Payment Certificate of 2080/081 and Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
