Notice of Invitation of Bids

Since Sahara Nepal Sakos Ltd. requires printing materials, other materials, clothing and computer equipment as per the details for the fiscal year 082/083, bids are invited from shops/suppliers/companies/firms interested in selling and supplying them, attaching the following necessary documents, within 15 days during office hours.

2) Furniture and other office supplies:

3) Printing and stationery goods:

a) Stationery items (registers, photocopy paper, index files and general

Nepali files and similar).

b) Details of the materials to be printed will be provided by the main office.

Requirements for Dress:

1) When submitting the bid, each piece of shorts, coat, saree, kurta, trousers and shawl will have to be submitted separately.

2) The main office will provide details of which item, how many pieces to purchase, and other details of the clothing.

3) The supplier will have to provide the buyer with separate pieces of shirt, pants and coat.

4) The sewn clothes must be submitted to the organization's main office.

5) No advance payment will be provided for the purchase of clothes. P55 10co

6) If the fabric is not of the specified quality, the organization will not be obligated to accept it, and a sample piece of the fabric to be supplied must be provided to this organization in advance.

7) Old clothes or clothes made more than two years ago will not be accepted.

Terms and conditions regarding the quotation letter for all of the above:

1) The name, address, VAT number, contact number, firm seal, and signature of the firm/company/supplier must be clearly written.

2) The application for submitting the bid must be written on the firm/company/supplier's letterhead.

3) Photocopies of the firm's business certificate, tax payment certificate, value added tax certificate and other necessary documents must be attached to the bid.

4) Bids received after the deadline or without completing the formalities will not be accepted.

5) Once a sealed bid is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or amended.

6) Firms/Companies/Suppliers must provide quality goods to the organization.

7) The organization reserves all rights to accept/reject, cancel, and suspend the bid.

Note: Shops/suppliers/companies/firms interested in submitting quotations should submit quotations only for the items related to them as mentioned in the above notice.
