Sealed bids are invited from interested individuals/firms/companies/suppliers, along with the necessary documents, within 7 days during office hours, for laying blocks in the school yard of Sahara Sakos Education House, located on the west side of Charpane-Shanishchare Road, Ward No.-2, Charpane, Birtamod District, Jhapa District.

Conditions:

1) The name of the firm, address, VAT number, contact number, firm seal, and signature must be clearly written on the outside of the bid and envelope.

2) The application for submitting the bid must be written on the firm's letterhead.

3) Copy of the firm's business certificate, copy of tax payment certificate, copy of value added tax certificate,

Photocopies of other necessary documents must be attached.

4) After the bid is accepted, only the remaining amount will be paid to the firm after deducting 1.5 percent contract tax from the VAT bill amount.

5) A bid fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged for receiving the bid. The amount will have to be deposited in Sahara Sacos Education House Code No. 301.52000.01.01 Account No. 301.52000.01.01. SB.01 and a voucher will have to be provided.

6) The firm/company selected through the competition will have to deposit 5 percent of the bid amount before starting the work. The bid amount will be returned if there are no complaints about the work done after 6 months of completion. 7) Bids received after the deadline or without completing the formalities will not be accepted.

8) Once submitted, sealed bids cannot be withdrawn or amended.

9) The firm must provide quality goods to the organization.

10) The organization reserves the right to accept/not accept, cancel and postpone the bid. (Note: As per the notice published on 2082/04/30, the bids submitted by the firms have been cancelled as they do not contain the documents mentioned in this notice. The firm/company submitting the bid will have to withdraw the bid submitted and resubmit the bid.)
