This office has requested for the distribution of desk benches to various community schools under the FY 2082.083 plan, and accordingly, bids have been invited from authorized vendors subject to the following conditions.

1. The fee mentioned in the schedule (non-refundable) can be paid in cash to the Internal Revenue Account along with a cash receipt or a voucher deposited in the Agricultural Development Bank account number 0414201659915011 along with the renewed firm or company registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, official and certified copy of the previous tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 080/081 and submitted through www.bolpatra.gov.np. Proof of the letter

2. The bidder must submit the electronic bid by 12:00 PM on 2082.06.19. The registered bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidder himself or his representative and office representatives. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to the opening of the bids.

3. The amount of security mentioned in the details to be submitted with the bid should be deposited in cash in the name of this office, Agricultural Development Bank, Parroha Branch, Murgiya, G-3 Deposit Account 0414201149244015, or a bank voucher issued by a bank recognized by the N.R. Bank in the name of this office with a validity of at least 75 days (mentioning the details of the work and the contract number) and submitted electronically along with the bid bond.

4. The bidder must submit documents including official catalogs, brochures, etc. of the goods as per the bidding documents, conditions, specifications, and quantities.

5. This office reserves the right to accept or reject the bids received, or to accept them only partially.

6. In the case of transactions not mentioned herein, the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulations 2064 and the prevailing laws shall apply.
