The land owned by this organization, Kailali District, Dhangadhi Municipality Taranagar 4(A) Plot No. 1416, currently Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City Ward No. 1 Seat No. 027-0728-24 K.No. 8 and the pucca house built on that land are to be leased for 5 years through sealed bid, so the minimum monthly rent for the vacant building including the land has been fixed at Rs. 47,100.00 (forty thousand one hundred rupees). Interested individuals or organizations may purchase a bid form from the central office of this organization, Bhotahiti, for Rs. 3,000.00 (three thousand) (non-refundable) and deposit Rs. 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand) (refundable later) in the account no. of the organization's Global IME Bank Kamaladi branch. 301010001578 along with the original voucher, if an individual, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, and if an organization, a company-related official document are invited to submit duly sealed bid proposals to the organization's central office, Bhotahiti, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on proposals received after the deadline or without the required documents. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
