Details:

Bid Form: Bid fee Rs. 3,000.-(In words three thousand rupees only) from the central office of this financial institution. Account name of the financial institution at Global IME Bank Ltd., Dumre Branch, Tanahun: Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Account No. 11901010000702 (non-refundable) can be collected by paying the voucher (non-refundable) deposited in the account.

The bid forms must be clearly filled in, signed on each page, and sealed and submitted by office hours on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice.

Along with the sealed bid, a copy of the license renewed for the current fiscal year, a copy of the income tax and VAT registration certificate, a copy of the tax payment certificate up to the fiscal year 2080/081, a copy of the company registration certificate, a copy of the permanent account number certificate, provisions related to the agreement and details of the bidding company (technical, financial, organizational capacity, qualifications, experience, main contact person, contact number and address, manpower, recommendation letter from the company where the work was done) must be submitted.

A bank guarantee or good for payment check equal to at least 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted along with the bid.

The bidder must be a domestic company registered at least 3 years ago.

The bidder must submit experience in construction and interior decoration work for at least 2 banks and financial institutions.

The sealed bid forms received for registration will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at the central office of this organization on the 16th day from the date of publication of the bid notice at 2:00 PM sharp. However, if that day falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next day at the same place and time. However, the absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the bids from being opened.

Other conditions related to the bid will be as mentioned in the bid form.

The financial institution shall have the sole right to accept or reject the bids received. No action shall be taken against bids that are not received in due time or after the deadline. If any tax is applicable on the payment of the price as per the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal, it shall be deducted and paid.

In case of other terms and conditions not mentioned in this notice, the Financial Administration Regulations of Financial Institutions 2081 shall apply.
