15-day public notice inviting confidential sealed bids for the auction sale of non-banking assets in the name of Samriddhi Finance Company Limited

The property mentioned in the details owned by this financial institution will be sold through a secret sealed bid in the same condition as it is, and interested persons/firms/companies/institutions are invited to submit their secret sealed bids stating the price at which they will purchase it, subject to the following conditions, and to reach the office hours within the 15th day (if that day is a holiday, the next day the office is open) from the date of publication of this notice. The bids received will be opened at this financial institution on the 16th day or the next day the office is open, if that day is a holiday, at 3 (three) o'clock in the afternoon. The concerned bidders or their authorized representatives, representatives of the concerned bodies are hereby informed to be present on that day. However, the absence of the concerned bidders and authorized representatives will not hinder the opening of the bids. The auction sale process will be carried out in accordance with the credit policy of this financial institution. Additionally, if the concerned borrowers pay all outstanding loans and other dues within the sealed bid period, the bid will automatically be canceled.

Auction Bidding Terms:

1. The Auction Bid Application Form can be obtained from the branch office of this organization, Putalisadak, on payment of Rs. 1,000.00 (Rs. One Thousand Only) (non-refundable). Photocopied forms will not be accepted.

2. In case of any technical or other problem in the bid form received, the decision of this financial institution shall be final. If the property cannot be auctioned through sealed bid, the financial institution may take ownership of the property.

3. The sealed bid form should be received at the branch office of the financial institution, Putalisadak, within the office hours on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a holiday, the next working day). The bids received will be opened at the branch office of this financial institution, Putalisadak, on the day following the last date of receipt as mentioned above or on the next working day if that day falls on a holiday.

4. If you wish to inspect the above-mentioned property or need to clarify anything, you can contact the Debt Recovery Department at Samriddhi Finance's branch office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, before submitting the auction bid.

5. The bidder shall clearly state in the bid the amount of the property for which he/she is willing to accept and take possession in figures and words and shall submit a deposit amount of 10 percent of the bid amount along with a cash deposit or a bank or financial institution check voucher enclosed in the sealed bid. No interest will be provided on such deposit amount.

6. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline or without due process and with conditions.

7. The bidder must pay the entire amount bid in cash within 15 days of the date of signing the agreement upon receiving notification that the bid has been accepted.

8. Other terms and conditions shall be as mentioned in the auction bid form and those terms and conditions shall be considered an integral part of this notice.
