1. Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk, Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Vehicle (Double Cab Diesel Pick-up 4 WD 2100-2500 cc) under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk, e-mail address: info@slbsl.com.np, telephone number 011-662251 or may visit www.slbsl.com.np.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000 till October 5, 2025 during office hours.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk at 1:00 PM on September 26, 2025.

5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk by hand/courier on or before 1:00 PM on

October 6, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on October 6, 2025 at the office of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Sanga, Banepa-14, Kavrepalanchowk. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 180,000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. (i.e. February 1, 2026) ess

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
