Notice regarding submission of confidential tender/proposal for sale of vehicles

The vehicle number 3298 of FORD Company ECOSPORT TITANIUM - 1497cc Model 2018 in the name of this financial institution is to be sold through a confidential sealed bid. At what price will the vehicle be purchased? Bids/proposals are invited from interested individuals, firms or companies stating the same. Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents from the central office of this institution by paying a fee of Rs. 300.- (non-refundable). The sealed bid should be submitted on the outside of the envelope with the words "Confidential Sealed Bid Regarding Purchase of Vehicles" written on it so that it reaches the central office of this financial institution, Banepa-14, Sanga, Kavrepalanchok, by 5:00 PM on 2082/05/25. If the bid of the bidder who quotes the highest amount among the sealed bids received is considered suitable by this financial institution, such bid will be accepted. The transfer of the accepted bid amount to the account of this financial institution shall be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of submission of the bank voucher for the bank transfer of the accepted bid amount to the concerned transport office. The buyer shall bear all the fees, charges or taxes payable to the government while transferring the vehicle. The right to accept or reject the bid or to accept it only partially shall be vested in this financial institution. The buyer who wishes to purchase the vehicle shall purchase the vehicle in the same condition as it is. Those who wish to inspect the vehicle on site may contact the central office of this financial institution.
