2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Sannitriveni Rural Municipality or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. (Forms not registered for manufacturing of supply & Delivery of Frurniture & fixtures items are considered to be ineligible bidders.

3. Bidders have only option to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document stated in the above table in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidders at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Sannitriveni Rural Municipality Office Mehalmudi, Kalikot at 2082-06-12 (September 28, 2025) at 13:00 PM.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-GP System i.e www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. On or before 2082/06/22 (October 8, 2025) 12:00 Pm Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 2082/06/22 (October 8, 2025) 2:00 PM. at Sannítriveni Rural municipality, Office of the Rural Municipality Executive Mehalmudi, Kalikot.

7. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in Deposit Account No. 073010020000005, Sannitriveni Rural municipality office on Name of Bank Sanima Bank submit bank deposit voucher along with the bids or Bank guarantee favour of Sannitriveni Rural municipality office.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

10. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
